My Top 5 Best and Worst Dressed List (2015 Emmy's)

Best:

MY BEST DRESSED!!!! Sarah Hyland (another girl crush) looks like a dream in this Zac Posen gown. The fit on her is amazing, This is my favorite color and on her it looks beautiful! I also love the of the shoulder sleeve. BOW DOWN is all I have left to say!

January Jones is another one who I get really excited to see what she is going to wear on the red carpet because she also always takes risks. Many times I think they are too fashion forward for the carpet and are a miss but not this time. I love the color on her as well as her edgy makeup. And this jumpsuit by Ulyana Sergeenko was unexpected for her in my opinion and I loved it!!
Chelsea Peretti loos beautiful in this dress by Gabriela Cadena. Floral is a huge trend this season and many other celebs tried to pull it off on the carpet, but Chelsea did the best. I love the two toned/printed floral. And I think the chunky strap shoe pairs great with the thick black piping in the top of the dress, really pulls the look together. Great choice!
This is the Lady Gaga that I love! My jaw dropped when I saw her on the carpet in this stunning black Brandon Maxwell gown. I'm sure you all know that Lady Gaga doesn't really do plain and simple. But, in my opinion when she does, it is when she looks the best! And the detail on the one hip still makes a true Gaga outfit. Gorgeous.
Kerry Washington, Emmy Awards 2015
Kerry Washington always takes an edgy risk on the red carpet and she nailed it with dress by Marc Jacobs. I love the metal like detailing on the entire dress, And I live the detail at the bottom as well as the length of the dress. And I think her hair up was a good choice for this dress.

Worst:

I love Regina King but, I hate this dress by Kirkor Jabotain. It makes her look wide and hemline makes her look totally stiff. She looks like she belongs on top of a wedding cake.

 Judith Light - Zac Posen
Who's the Boss??? Not you in this dress.(see my TV addiction is already showing) I don't mind the floral print of the dress its really the top half that I have a real problem with. It looks like two totally different pieces it looks like a dress with a men's dress shirt cut in half and thrown over on top. Not a fan

Danielle brooks -Christian Siriano
I really don't like the colors of this dress. I like each color individually, but all together it doesn't work for me. Also I think if she had worn her hair down it might of looked better. But I still love you Taystee (excuse my lame references AGAIN)
 Retta - Jamie Elyse
Retta is known for her loud and hilarious personality. And I love her for it! But it is what I hate about this dress. This dress looks like it belongs at a little girls birthday party, with the ruffled bottom and the lace over top. Not really age or event appropriate to me.

Joanna Newsom Delpozo
MY WORST DRESSED!!! Where do I even begin, there is just too much going on. I don't get the long skirt with the short skirt on top. I also don't like the train in the back. I feel like it looks like it was added last minute. I also hate the big "thing" , (don't know what else to call it) in the middle of her chest. Its way to big and that's where all your focus goes to. I just don't get the whole dress. But, one positive I do like the color.

NYFW (S/S 16)

Another New York Fashion Week has come and gone. I know, I know we are all bummed. All the collections this year were absolutely beautiful and inspiring. Popular trends that I saw while watching the shows online where light, airy fabrics and colors, like pastel tulle. Another trend that has been seen on the runways for that last few seasons was floral prints. Beading and pleats were also another huge trend on the runway. Below I have posted my top five collections and some of my favorite looks. And if you want to see more of what NYFW had to offer click on this link

Top Five Collections:
#5 BOSS
I love the simplicity of his designs. They really can appeal to anyone. I also love the neutral palette he chose for his fabrics. And his tailoring is amazing. For me Boss wasn't on my radar but after this collection I cant wait to see what is done in the future. Here are some of my favorites.

Jeremy Scott is always a designer I get really excited about seeing his collections. He is so unique and cool, he always does something buzz worthy. This seasons collection he really went all out with his sixties vibe. Not only with his designs but he also had the models hair and accessories make the theme, making it feel like you time traveled to the era.
which is why I love him, he always makes his show an experience. Here are some of my favorites.
One of my girl crushes... Gigi Hadid

#1 Rachel Zoe
My Idol, My Obsession, The reason I got into fashion, The one and only Rachel Zoe. We have such similar taste that it makes sense she would be my number one. This collection speaks to her, as well as my, personal style with the 60s/70s/bohemian incorporation. I CAN'T EVEN DEAL!!!!!!!
